As Chair of the upcoming ISBBB 2016, I am very pleased to welcome you to the 14th International Symposium on Bioplastics, Biocomposites & Biorefining. ISBBB is a continuation of the popular International Conference on Biocomposites, the 13th of which was held in May of 2014 here in Guelph. This conference is the first of its kind to combine the engaging areas of biobased materials and biorefinery research in an exciting event. By bringing together world leaders in the fields of bioplastics, biocomposites and biorefining, we will strive to inform, engage and enlighten you. The key theme of the ISBBB 2016 will be “Sustainable Bioeconomy to Marketplace”.
