Dr. Omar Faruk is a Research and Development Engineer at the Ford Motor Company of Canada. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kassel (Germany), as well as B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Chittagong (Bangladesh). Dr. Faruk has previously worked at the Centre for Biocomposites and Biomaterials Processing at the University of Toronto (Canada), and as a Visiting Research Associate at the Department of Forestry, Michigan State University (USA).
