Michael A. Saltzberg is the Business Development Director for BioMaterials in DuPont Industrial BioSciences, leading development of a portfolio of emerging and growth businesses to make industrially important chemicals and materials from renewable feedstocks, He has twenty-eight years of experience in a variety of businesses and functions in DuPont including R&D management, sales & marketing, and business development. He has led DuPont’s efforts in Biomaterials business development since 2006.
Dr. Saltzberg is a native of Philadelphia, Pa. He holds a B.A. with Honors in Chemistry from Oberlin College and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
